MILTON KEYNES COACHES

Turns out you don't have to give up £49 of every £70/hour just to have the right place to train people.

Two private suites in Bradwell Abbey, locked to you when you book them. You set your prices and you keep your clients. Nobody here will ever hand you a list of phone numbers to cold call.

9 questions. 2 minutes.

You didn't qualify as a PT to become a staff member.

You completed Level 3 and built a book. Clients keep coming back every year, which most coaches can’t manage.

Still stood on somebody's floor for hours that never reach an invoice.

Still ringing a list of members who never asked to be rung.

Still getting told no when you ask for support to hit targets.

Still watching your clients pay more, while your take-home pay stays the same.

You’ve never run the number on what that costs you.

9 questions. 2 minutes.

You’re the practitioner, this is the suite.

"Someone always chips in."
Both suites are soundproofed and closed. No stares, no free advice from the bloke on the next rack, no interruptions. Your playlist on the speakers. The hour belongs to you and the person paying for it.

"Had to change the programme on the spot."
New Blk Box kit throughout, the same people who built gyms at Arsenal and Google. Built for functional fitness and strength. Nobody's taking the half rack for 16 sets at six pm on a Monday, and the session runs exactly as you wrote it.

"They get changed in a corridor."
Clean private showers. Your client leaves feeling they went somewhere, not that they turned up at a gym.

"Dead from eleven till four."
A coworking area on site, so the middle of the day is somewhere you work from instead of waiting in your car or driving back home to the kitchen table.

The suites you’d be working from.

Strength & Conditioning

Dumbbells from 2kg to 40kg, kettlebells, wall balls, cable rack, bands and a full length mirror. Meant for coaches training 1-1 or very small groups.

Functional Fitness

Three rack bays, full plate storage, Concept 2 rowers, bikes and ergs; a sled and a marked turf sprint lane. Meant for coaches training small to medium-sized groups.

9 questions.

The Seven O'Clock Slot

Currently unsellable

There's demand for it. What's missing is anywhere to get clean afterwards, so the client books an evening instead. A private shower with a lock on the door turns a dead hour into your best one.

The Group Hour

Three racks, one hour

Plus dumbbells, kettlebells, wall balls and boxes. Enough that a small group is a session you run, not one you improvise. One hour of your life, several people paying for it, and nobody taking a cut.

The Morning, Back To Back

No gaps, no driving

Six till ten with nothing between the sessions but a coworking floor and a coffee. In home, that morning is one client and seventy minutes in the car.

This is an app the big-box gyms will not give you

You book the suite in four taps. At your time, the door opens for you and stays shut to everyone else.

No one walks in mid set. No one asks to work in. No one has been told they can use the room at the same time as you

An hour in the room you would be working from.

Run your real hourly

What you earn per hour once the split, the unpaid floor hours and the cancellations are in the maths. Your personal number.

02

Nine questions about your book

How many clients you have now, how many would follow you, Two minutes. There is no right answer and nothing to prepare.

03

Your result

Which membership fits the book you have today, whether a place at that tier is open to you before we open, and the terms that come with it in writing.

04

Book your walk round

From the result page, not from here. We walk you round both suites, then leave you an hour in whichever one you would use, before you have agreed to anything.

Is This For You?

This IS for you if…

  • You’re already coaching clients and want a private gym to do it in.

  • You lost a lead because the big-box space let you down.

  • You take your professional reputation seriously and the place you work as a part of that.

  • You want to see exactly what you’re getting before doors open.

  • You’re tired of working around a gym that was not built around you.

This ISN’T for you if…

  • You’re just starting out and figuring out if PT is for you.

  • You’re looking for a free gym session with no intention of coming back.

  • You want to drop in occasionally with no client base to speak of.

  • You’re looking for a long-term contract or lease commitment. There is none of that here.

Questions Before You Book

£70 £21

That is the sum most coaches in this city are working under. The building sells the hour, you deliver it, and you keep a third.

Now put your unpaid floor hours, your travel and your cancellations through the same sum. That number is your real hourly, and almost nobody has ever worked it out.
